American Arbor Care Continuing to Service During COVID-19

Social Distancing

By Heather Vigil - March 26, 2020

As an Essential Business, we want to assure, that we take the the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and community very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We are practicing social distancing (as recommended by the Mayor of the City and County of Denver, as well as our State of Colorado Governor) to help do our part in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.  We have implemented a "No Contact Meetings, Consultations, and Services" process.  Please rest assured in the fact that if we are currently working on your commercial or residential property, or even if you require our services in the near future, we have and will always take appropriate measure to keep every one healthy and safe.

Our Meetings will be performed without entering the interior of the homes or businesses of properties where we're requested to assess tree, shrub, and lawn conditions.  Our Arborists will take detailed notes while on-site (photos if necessary). Upon completion of the site assessment, the arborist will leave the estimate on the front door-or if you choose, you may provide us with your email address and the estimate can be emailed to you.  Any questions or concerns regarding the contracts can be clarified via cell phone call, email, or text. We will not be making any form of physical contact with our customers. We have shared the following guidelines with our employees and provided them to you as well, should you want to implement them in your workplace and/or personal environment.

CDC recommendations: https//www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/summary.html

OSHA recommendations: https://www.osha.gov/sltc/covid-19/

We thank all of you for your loyalty and we look forward to continuing to service you. We wish you all safety and health.

Sincerely,
The Staff of American Arbor Care
